Therapies available

Our team of practitioners offer a wide variety of evidence-based psychological therapies for most psychological difficulties, including:

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
  • Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT)
  • Interpersonal therapy (IPT)
  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR)
  • Counselling
  • Couples therapy

Our therapists use what is called an “integrative approach”, drawing on a range of different therapeutic approaches, and integrating elements of these to create an individualised and tailored approach to the specific needs of the client.  In addition to the above approaches we also use elements of systemic, humanistic and psychodynamic psychotherapy.
